Using QueryCal from a MySQL client #

QueryCal runs a MySQL-compatible server that you can connect to using any MySQL client.

To connect your MySQL client to QueryCal use these settings:

Setting Value
Port 3306
Username The email address you signed up with
Password Any one of the tokens you’ve created through the dashboard
Database events
Although you can connect to QueryCal using a MySQL client, an SQLite database engine is still used to execute your query. You won’t be able to use any MySQL-specific features in your queries.

Command line #

On the command line you can connect to QueryCal by running:

mysql -h -u ${your_email} -p

And entering your one of your access tokens at the Enter password: prompt.
